Purity is an essential component in a variety of manufacturing processes across industries.
Maintaining a sterile environment guarantees that customers achieve quality product outcomes and enhanced yields.
Sterilization and cleaning can be accomplished by using steam, deionized water, ultraviolet light or filtration.
we are built with PVDF/PFA plastic flow paths to ensure that the highest standards of purity can be obtained.
For large quantities of fluids, we has designed a DI water heating system that provides higher purity than any other product on the market.
High-quality electro-polished stainless steel, and a patented design that incorporates sanitary fittings and high-performance heating modules, enable sterilization and cleaning for a variety of markets such as food & beverage manufacturing, medical devices, biopharmaceutical, semiconductor and many others.

FAQ
Are in-line water heaters worth it?
According to the U.S. Department of Energy, homes that use 41 gallons or less of hot water daily can see energy savings of 24% to 34% with a tankless water heater compared to a standard water heater. Even homes that use more hot water (around 86 gallons per day) can still save about 8% to 14% on energy costs.
How does an inline heater work?
Inline heaters make use of heating elements that are covered with a special type of vessel chamber that has anti-corrosion properties. This type of heating is indirect. The fluid is circulated through a closed loop around the heating element until it reaches the correct temperature.
Chemical Heater Selection Guide
In today’s world, we constantly depend on electronics such as computers, smartphones, automobiles, medical equipment, and much more. We rely on technologies that utilize key components made by state-of-the-art facilities, better known as “fabs” in the semiconductor industry. Semiconductor fab manufacturing processes use up to 430 different chemicals to manufacture a wafer; 65% are liquids, and 33% are gas phases
Depending on the application and process, those chemistries must be heated up to 100ºC / 212ºF. The Trebor® Inline Chemical Heater[2] is unlike any other heating technology on the market. It utilizes thin film on quartz electric resistive technology with a virgin PFA tube to create an ultra-pure fluid path. Quartz products exhibit excellent chemical resistance to most acid, alkaline, and neutral materials (exceptions being hydrofluoric acid and KOH).
You can use single-pass or recirculation heating when sizing the Inline Chemical Heater. We recommend adding a 20% buffer to the power requirement you’ll find from the calculation as a safety control factor.
